Delivery Information and Payment Method

We know how important it is to receive your products when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. As such, we are committed to deliver the items to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Items will either be packaged nicely in carton box.


Local Delivery Times

We process and ship orders on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Properly completed orders submitted will be delivered;

  • within three to five working days for standard delivery.
  • within one to two working days for express delivery

Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 This offer is valid online only and is applicable to Singapore delivery for orders between 0kg to 5kg.. Any orders less than $100 will be charged $5 for delivery fee . 


Delayed delivery

In light of COVID-19, deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive. We also strongly recommend opting for contactless delivery. 


International delivery

No international delivery. All delivery is only to local Singapore addresses. 


Faulty Products

If you received a faulty item, please contact our hotline 6292 9888 / 8779 8933 or email to report your issue so that we can assess the extent of the damage and will do a one to one replacement if the damage is not due to their own mishandling.


Tracking Order

All delivery orders are trackable. You will receive an email with a tracking link for your order. You can log in to your account to check the delivery status of your order.


Confirmation of Order

Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you within a few hours. 

Please note that the email may go into your junk/spam folder if you have not shopped online with us before.

Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account.


Payment Method

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Card/ Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
  • Automated PayNow (QR Code)

In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.

When making payment, you may opt to save your payment method for your order after login into your account. If you do not want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you come to pay for your order. 

We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.
